About Me

Built on Structure. Driven by Purpose.

I began training as a skinny teenager trying to hold my own in open-aged football. What started as a physical pursuit quickly became a foundation for confidence, discipline, and mindset growth.

After earning a Sport & Exercise Science degree, completing over 1,000 hours of coaching, and serving as a Military PT Instructor in Saudi Arabia, I created KPerformance to help people experience the same transformation, both physically and mentally.
